Bluffton Waves, our local youth baseball and softball organization. We have 10 teams of boys and girls, ranging in age from 7-18 years old. Our organizations mission is to empower and inspire these young athletes who are passionate about shaping their future, to excel both academically and athletically, while making a positive impact in their lives and communities. Each player works hard to maintain a minimum of a “B” average throughout the entire baseball season to be an active participant.
Each athlete learns, develops, practices, and excels in the fundamentals of the sport through a structured team-oriented program of volunteer coaches. Furthermore, each athlete is taught life lessons of unity, leadership, discipline, loyalty, honesty, and integrity.
Our organization has costs associated with both- Capital Expansion Projects and Operating Expenditures, that we are asking for help with.
The necessity for consistent facilities to practice and train are an ever-growing obstacle. We are in planning to allocate and/or build dedicated facilities for our kids. The costs associated with season-to-season operations are also on the rise.
To meet these demands our families are actively coordinating several fundraising activities, but we also rely on the support of generous individuals and businesses such as yourself.
